We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Digital Vaccination team as a Patient Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development and operational delivery of vaccination projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding service, utilizing your skills in customer care, administration, and communication to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments and schedules
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and operational delivery of vaccination projects
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- SVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
