As a Visual Merchandising Mastermind, you will be responsible for designing and creating all the tools needed for a successful NPD launch, including plates design, windows, animations, pop-up stores, retailtainment, digital retailtainment, and more.

Job Description

As a Visual Merchandising Mastermind, you will:

  • Design and create all the tools for a successful NPD launch, including plates design, windows, animations, pop-up stores, retailtainment, digital retailtainment, etc.
  • Understand regional needs, propose strategies and local adaptations to achieve successful launches with strong media impact and commercial success.
  • Produce clear guidelines to motivate and excite the countries in the implementation of the different projects and ensure correct executions of the launches across all countries.
  • Push for innovation in retail technology, inspire your team to include them into the design process, to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
  • Engage and collaborate with Store Design and other teams, working on cross-functional projects requested by senior stakeholders even if outside your scope.
  • Monitor and engage a list of preferred and reliable suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure workload smoothness & reliability globally.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in the beauty category (makeup, skin care or fragrance).
  • Creative and design background (interior, product or architectural design background).
  • Expert knowledge in Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite (experience in Cinema 4D with a view to learn Sketchup is also acceptable).
  • Excellent communication skills, creative, open-minded and naturally innovative.
  • Flexible in processes and ways of working with a variety of people in various disciplines, thinking out of the box.
  • Ambitious and driven with an impeccable work ethic and commercial business acumen.
  • Professional attitude and a real pride in quality of work.
