RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager, Medical Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical communications team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of projects for allocated accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with medical writing and internal colleagues to deliver high-quality scientific programs that drive improvements in patient outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in medical communications.
Requirements
- Life Science degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical communications, with a proven track record of success in account management and project leadership.
- Strong client-facing and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
