About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys. As a Sales Colleague, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, selling and serving customers, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ask the right questions to match customers with products
  • Make every customer interaction memorable
  • Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay
  • Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store
  • Work across different departments and product ranges
  • Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks
Requirements
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Keen to learn about the latest technology
  • Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets
  • A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team
