Freelance Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Senior Community Manager to join our team at 1000heads in London. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented collective of social media enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering exceptional social-first work for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be a social media obsessive with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing several clients across multiple sectors, working closely with a team of Community Managers and Social Executives to drive the success of various accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth for our clients.
  • Manage and moderate online conversations to ensure a positive and engaging experience for our clients' communities.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to create visually appealing and effective social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies and optimize content performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social and digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Native understanding of social media trends, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Experience working with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
