About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a broad and varied caseload, including pre-nuptial agreements, Children Act proceedings, divorce, high net worth financial remedy proceedings, international cases, TOLATA proceedings, and Injunctive relief. A measured and rational approach to problem-solving is essential, as well as a strong team player mentality. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individual targets with minimal supervision and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving forward a caseload of all elements of family law, including high net worth financial remedy negotiations and proceedings, Children Act work and preventative work
  • Delivering on agreed cases, sourcing new opportunities, and supporting the overall profile of the team
  • Proactively attracting work according to the needs of the firm
  • Supporting and supervising more junior members of the team depending on PQE
Requirements
  • A relevant Professional Qualification
  • Strong legal skills and knowledge in a Family Law setting
  • Experience in TOLATA proceedings and Injunctive relief
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both in writing and verbally
  • Proven results in supporting business development across a team or firm
