Job Summary:

As a Site Manager at Avocet, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and programs across our contracts, ensuring that all works meet the high standards expected by our clients. You will act as the company's representation to clients and residents, providing effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage onsite retrofit projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects meet sustainability standards and building regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and internal project teams.
  • Manage project execution plans, risk, program, plant, quality, and cost.
  • Liaise with the project Retrofit Co-Ordinator to ensure works are compliant.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years previous site management experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the social housing sector, including planned works programs and maintenance projects.
  • Experience of working in multiple refurbishment project settings.
  • Sound knowledge of section 20 leaseholder consultation and housing legislation.
  • Valid SMSTS qualification, CSCS card in site management, and NVQ level 6 in site management/construction.
