Residential Care Worker

At Bright Starts Childcare Group Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Residential Care Worker to join our team in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people, providing high-quality care and support in a residential setting.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has experience in a similar role. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. You will assist in the development and implementation of care plans, support and engage with children in recreational and educational activities, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the well-being of each child.
Requirements- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential childcare setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification or willingness to undertake this qualification
- Understanding of the issues affecting children in care
- Passion for personal and professional development, with a desire to progress in your role
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Competitive salary of £27,600 per annum
