Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the pastry section of our kitchen, creating innovative desserts and pastries.
  • Design and implement new dessert menus, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Manage orders and stock for the pastry section, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless handover of desserts and pastries.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of desserts for lunch, dinner, and afternoon teas.
