Job Description

As a caring bereavement support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting families during a difficult time. You will make practical arrangements for funerals, ensure families are aware of available services, and build caring relationships with the bereaved.

Responsibilities:

  • Making funeral arrangements and ensuring clients are aware of available services
  • Providing excellent client care and building relationships with the bereaved
  • Working from multiple local branches and responding to last-minute requests

Requirements:

Experience in funeral arrangements, excellent communication skills, ability to handle sensitive situations, and a calm and approachable manner.

What We Offer:

An excellent salary package including an estimated £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, additional earning potential, and private medical cashplan scheme.
