About the Role: We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on high-end construction projects in London. As part of our cost management team, you will be responsible for preparing cost plans, scheduling, and collating tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bills of quantities, cost plans, and work schedules for construction projects
  • Assist in tender collation and negotiation
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Experience in construction cost planning and project management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of NRM and measurement principles

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hybrid working is available once settled in.
