Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at KiddyKare Ltd in Camberley.

This is a full-time position that involves teaching children, supporting staff, and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 early years education and childcare qualification, as well as a First Aid at Work qualification. They will also be willing to undertake further training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Providing high-quality teaching and care to children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experiences.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children, following child protection procedures when necessary.
  • Participating in team meetings, supervisor meetings, and appraisal meetings to maintain open communication and collaboration.
  • Attending training courses and taking responsibility for personal development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
