Job Title: Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in leadership, management, and education.

About the Role

This is a 0.5WTE fixed-term position for 8 months. You will be working closely with our team to develop our new 6 to 7 rotational programme and support our pharmacists during the trial period.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement advanced practice portfolios in leadership, management, and education domains.
  2. Support the Lead Pharmacist Operation and Supply Services and the Rotational Clinical Pharmacist Development lead to develop management and leadership skills.
  3. Contribute to the development of our new 6 to 7 progressive posts on the rotation.
  4. Provide teaching and training to various health professionals.
  5. Undertake audit work and develop guidelines.
