Job Title: Supply Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Type:

This is a contract position, requiring full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for school events.

Primary Industry:

Education and Training

Salary:

£120 - £140 Per day

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across different age groups and subjects as required
  • Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as needed
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training in special education or teaching English as a second language
  • Experience with remote or online teaching platforms
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a school setting with classroom and outdoor activities
  • May require travel to different schools within the region
