About the Role:

We are seeking an inspirational leader to take the lead on one of our highest priority programmes, delivering sustainable change for one of the most deprived areas of Westminster. As North Paddington Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to bring about real change that can improve quality of life, health and wellbeing, and life expectancy for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver improved outcomes across health, education, economy, employment, crime, safety, climate, community and housing.
  • Forge great relationships with community and delivery partners to achieve ambitious outcomes.
  • Develop strategic plans and manage resources and budgets to ensure programme delivery.
  • Shape and empower working culture with equality at its heart.
  • Identify and realise benefits and achieve tangible outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

We are looking for an inspirational leader with experience of delivering multifaceted place-based change programmes from inception to completion. You will need exceptional people skills, with a flair for rapidly building excellent relationships with delivery and community partners. Your ability to develop strategic plans, manage resources and budgets, and shape working culture will be essential in achieving our ambitious outcomes.
