Clerk of Works (Quality Technical Inspector)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clerk of Works (Quality Technical Inspector) to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and technical compliance of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular inspections of construction work to monitor progress and quality
  • Verify compliance with contractual drawings, specifications, warranty standards, and Employer's Requirements
  • Identify discrepancies and prepare written reports with supporting photographs
  • Liaise closely with Main Contractors' site teams to review and advise on quality management

Requirements:

  • MCIOB or MICWCI qualification/accreditation
  • Experience in new-build and refurbishment construction
  • Detailed knowledge of various forms of construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work as part of an existing team
