Job Title: Performance Director

Industry: Financial Planning

Location: South West and Midlands

Salary: £100,000 + bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Director to join our client, a UK-wide Financial Planning specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the performance of new advisers joining and companies merging with them.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Performance and Learning material to support adviser growth and development
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager team to drive FUM growth and distribution
  • Supporting adviser recruitment and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
  • Managing and maintaining client bank acquisition to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Performance and Learning management within Financial Planning
  • Strong track record of building and delivering business plans
  • Minimum Level 4 diploma, ideally Chartered
