Drive the Renewable Energy Revolution

We're on a mission to decarbonise homes worldwide, and we need your expertise to help us succeed. As a key member of our team, you'll play a strategic role in connecting suppliers, customers, and colleagues to our supply chain and bringing our low carbon technology to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the procurement portfolio for one or more areas of our residential low carbon tech, including Heat Pumps, EV Charge Points, Solar PV, and Battery Storage.
  • Develop and lead optimisation pipelines to deliver ongoing value across pricing, quality, availability, new product introduction, tail spend optimisation, contract compliance, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative commercial solutions, mitigate risks, and bring innovative products to market that our customers love.
  • Design scalable solutions that enable our in-house supply chain to become a source of competitive advantage, helping our customers to decarbonise their homes faster and cheaper.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading commercial and supply chain development activities for direct spend in a supplier-facing role, ideally within the residential low carbon tech space.
  • Ability to work at speed in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to lead commercial and tech development activities in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Low cost country sourcing experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel 2-3 days a week, with occasional international travel.
