An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Registered Nurse to work in a leading hospital in the Bristol area, providing care to those facing psychiatric conditions.

This esteemed hospital is renowned for its innovative approaches to treating individuals, families, and couples affected by various mental health issues.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a current active NMC Pin and be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, user-focused care
  • Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Supporting the implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of the Mental Health/Capacity Act and its implications for practice
  • Strong patient-centric skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Previous experience in an Eating Disorder setting an asset, though not necessary

The successful Registered Nurse will receive a competitive salary up to £38,716.40 per annum DOE, along with various benefits, including a £3,000 Welcome Bonus, enhancements, and relocation support up to £3,000 depending on distance.
