We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Tonic Talent. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
