About the Role

We're seeking a skilled 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to join our Service Centre operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering our promise of quality products and services on time, every time for our customers.

As a Van Driver + Tow, you'll be responsible for transporting a wide range of plant hire equipment, from excavators and telehandlers to generators and scissor lifts. You'll also demonstrate how to operate the equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can build strong relationships with our customers and represent Sunbelt Rentals in a positive manner. You'll be an effective team player, with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

About You

What You'll Need

  • A fully competent driver with licence category B, preferably with a clean driving licence (no more than six points).
  • Licence category E with Driver CPC and Digital Driver Card would be desirable (training may be available).
  • Good customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and represent Sunbelt Rentals in a positive manner.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Articulate and organised, with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong commitment to and awareness of Health and Safety, as you'll be required to comply with H&S legislation and Sunbelt Rentals health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
