We are currently seeking a Senior Bench Joiner to join our team in a specialist Marine workshop based near Poole, Dorset. As a Senior Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products from initial drawings to finished product, working as part of a small team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Wood Machinist, joinery workshop experience, and the ability to take drawings through to finished products. You should also have experience of a wide range of workshop tools, including Spindle Moulders, Band saws and hand tools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bespoke products and designs, producing varied items including Marine Furniture and private commissions. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £15+ per hour, and you will also receive benefits such as being part of a truly passionate team with a full future order book.
