English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our team at a large Secondary School in Newport. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students up to Key Stage 4, inspiring them to develop a love for the English language.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English, with a specialism in teaching English up to KS4. You will be expected to have a positive attitude to teaching, an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, and high expectations of learners. If you are a Newly Qualified Teacher, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English up to Key Stage 4
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
  • Assess and evaluate student progress

Requirements:

  • QTS with an English specialism
  • Experience teaching English up to KS4
  • A real desire to make a positive difference to pupils
