Job Description

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology, with a degree in the field and a chartered or on-the-path-to-chartership status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the drafting of Construction Information and Technical Details
  • Work on technical detailing stages, particularly on residential projects from small one-off bespoke to large-scale developments with housing developers and commercial projects
  • Deliver quality in both design and technical detailing
  • Manage various projects at once, particularly on stages 3-7
  • Lead and manage projects to a minimum of BIM Level 2 standard
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience within the building/construction environment, both off and on site
  • Extensive knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong focus on Revit modeling
  • Able to deliver projects to a minimum of BIM Level 2 standard
  • Strong portfolio showing individual design development
