Job Description:

Vistry Group PLC is a leading housebuilder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the UK. We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quantity surveying and be able to provide expert guidance on cost control, procurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on cost control, procurement, and contract administration
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Commercial and Company procedures through the Business Management System

Requirements:

  • Experience in quantity surveying and knowledge of construction techniques and mixed-tenure schemes
  • Demonstrable strong account management and commercial experience
  • Ability to learn new computer systems such as Coins (Payments & Cost reporting), Viewpoint/4Projects (document storage and tender preparation)
