About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team at Thermotraffic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to individual sites on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation.
  • Conduct scheduled Health and Safety inspections of site activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Review incident reports, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and review HSE and Fire & Emergency plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Manage our environmental impact by implementing sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with environmental laws.
Requirements
  • Completed education in NEBOSH & Tech or Grad IOSH.
  • Knowledge of food safety, specifically the BRC Food Safety Standard – Global Food Safety Resource.
  • Auditor training.
  • Good understanding of IT software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document control systems.
