Key to the success of this role is the ability to form a strong and trusting relationship with the gentleman in question, ensuring he feels safe and supported in your company.

Responsibilities will include accompanying him to various social events, such as rugby matches and music events, as well as supporting him with shopping and other activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide flexible and reliable support, using their own transport if necessary, and will be comfortable working with someone who has a mild learning disability.

An enhanced DBS check and references will be required for this role, and the successful candidate will be expected to meet the costs of these checks.
