Uniserve Holdings Limited, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry, is expanding its European services and seeking a dedicated Senior European Operator to drive growth and efficiency.
Role Overview
As a Senior European Operator, you will be at the forefront of our European road and multimodal operations, responsible for developing and managing logistics services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the commercial success of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Promote Uniserve's European services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with high levels of service.
- Operational Management: Use One World as the primary operating system to manage and monitor shipments, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the platform.
- Freight Operations: Plan and manage groupage, part load, and full load trailers for imports and exports, coordinating with overseas partners and suppliers to arrange transportation.
- Customs and Compliance: Ensure adherence to customs procedures and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
You will bring a minimum of five years' experience in freight operations, with a strong grasp of cost calculations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
