About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Commercial Manager and senior management team on multiple projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial and contractual management of contracts, including reviewing contract terms and conditions.
  • Procurement and management of all suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Submission and agreement of client valuations and final accounts.
  • Maximizing each project's cash position.
  • Monthly CVR reporting to feed into company accounts.
