About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Specialist to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality bids to secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to meet business objectives
  • Prepare and submit high-quality bid documents, including tender responses and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bid submissions meet client requirements
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of bid submissions and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Illustrator
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience working in the construction industry, preferably in a bid coordination or business development role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
