• Undertake occupational therapy assessments for a designated caseload, assessing occupational performance and developing individualized care plans.
• Plan and implement individual and group interventions, using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment plans to measure progression and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with residents, nursing teams, and external healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to resident care planning.

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
