We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive improvement in humanities subjects across our secondary schools. As a Subject Improvement Lead, you will play a crucial role in embedding best practice and building capacity in line with our policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve attainment in humanities subjects
  • Coordinate and support curriculum intent and implementation in humanities subjects
  • Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to develop and deliver high-impact intervention programs
  • Analyze assessment data to identify and close gaps in learning
  • Deliver training and coaching to humanities teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a humanities subject or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status and a national professional qualification in middle or senior leadership

  • Ability to analyze assessment data and use it effectively to identify and close gaps in learning
