Job Title: Mechanical Test Engineer

BSI is seeking a skilled Mechanical Test Engineer to join our Respiratory/PPE testing team at our Hemel Hempstead labs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate test machinery and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues
  • Record detailed testing results and liaise with clients to advise on product testing outcomes
  • Build relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and deliver work autonomously
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a test engineer or mechanical discipline background
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently liaise with clients
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented, proactive, and flexible with great attention to detail
