Job Title: Publicly Funded Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publicly Funded Lawyer to join our team in London. As a key member of our family law department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and advocating for our clients in publicly funded family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality representation in domestic abuse and private children law cases
  • Preparing court bundles and undertaking advocacy
  • Managing cases under the supervision of a team supervisor

Requirements:

  • Panel Accreditation or a senior solicitor willing to work towards accreditation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with clients at various levels
  • Experience in preparing non-molestation orders and processing legal aid applications using the CCMS portal
