Position: Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Our regional office, with hybrid working available (3 days in, 2 days from home)
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)
Salary: Starting from £40,000 for newly qualified - £60,000, with salary bandings dependent on experience
We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our dynamic and thriving team. Our team boasts a wealth of experience and enjoys a stellar reputation in the field, with a diverse range of fee earners and highly skilled support staff.
At Battens Solicitors, every fee earner receives robust support from trained Conveyancing Assistants. We prioritise collaboration and professional growth, with all fee earners actively participating in departmental planning, business development, and the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy caseload from inception to completion
- Provide comprehensive legal and technical expertise in all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Work independently from our regional office, with the ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a larger remote team
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, although immediate supervision may not be required
