About the Role:
As a key member of our team at MorePeople, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing lines. Working across afternoons and nights, you will report directly to our Site Maintenance Manager, collaborating closely with production and technical teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure manufacturing lines operate efficiently
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to align with production schedules
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, contributing to continuous improvement of equipment performance
  • Support efforts to minimize production downtime and maintain operational excellence


Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
