Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead our renewable energy projects in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of geotechnical engineers and overseeing the geotechnical aspects of design processes for major projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of innovation and high performance within the geotechnical engineering team.
- Design and Consultation: Ensure the geotechnical aspects of design processes meet safety and performance standards.
- Project Management Excellence: Coordinate project delivery to meet goals on time, within budget, and above expectations.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the primary geotechnical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering clear and concise project updates and recommendations.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Address complex geotechnical challenges with creative and effective solutions, enhancing overall project sustainability and impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly within renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in advanced geotechnical software and technologies.
