  1. QTS
  2. Knowledge of or previous experience working within complex needs or SEND
  3. An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  4. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  5. Legal right to work in the UK
