About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Claimant Costs Draftsperson/Costs Lawyer to join our team in the North of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting bills of costs and preparing costs budgets in accordance with Departmental requirements.


Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, along with health insurance, a bonus scheme, death in service benefit, and pension.


Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Drafting bills of costs and costs budgets using CostsMaster software and Precedent H
  • Managing complex caseloads and client relationships
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in costs, either in-house or external
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
