Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Birmingham, West Midlands.


The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong ability to run a caseload of general residential property transactions. They will be able to work independently, with excellent commercial acumen, and possess good communication skills.


The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of transactions, including unregistered properties bought and sold by way of part exchange by national housebuilders. This will involve drafting and sending out conveyancing paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, reviewing and reporting on title and searches, negotiating and exchanging contracts, and dealing with completions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conducting residential conveyancing transactions
  • Preparing and sending conveyancing paperwork
  • Dealing with pre-contract enquiries and title searches
  • Negotiating and exchanging contracts
  • Completing transactions and dealing with post-completion formalities

Requirements:



  • At least five years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism
