Crime Solicitor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Crime Solicitor to join a well-established Law Firm in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will handle a demanding caseload of criminal matters, providing outstanding client care skills.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients detained at police stations
  • Attend on clients in the Magistrates Court
  • Draft instructions to counsel and expert witnesses
  • Deal with a wide variety of Crown Court cases
The Ideal Candidate
  • NQ solicitors and Duty Solicitors will be considered
  • At least 1 year's fee-earning experience within Crime matters
  • Duty accreditation is not essential, training will be provided for a suitable candidate
  • Personable with clear and concise communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Strives for high standards in their work
  • Has a great attention to detail and demonstrates a strong work ethic
