Financial Analyst Opportunity at Talentedge
Talentedge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in the production of the monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate
- Reconcile sales documents daily and update estimates versus actuals
- Process and allocate bonus debts
- Optimize financial systems to ensure efficiency
- Supervise the purchase ledger and ensure timely invoice processing
- Supervise the sales ledger and ensure debt collection
- Communicate effectively with department managers and provide financial support
- Prepare daily cash flow forecasts
- Cover weekly forecasts in the absence of the Financial Controller
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Accountant or Senior Finance Assistant
- AAT part-qualified (Final Level) or qualified
- Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail
- Confident in using Excel and willing to learn new systems
