Financial Analyst Opportunity at Talentedge

Talentedge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in the production of the monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurate
  • Reconcile sales documents daily and update estimates versus actuals
  • Process and allocate bonus debts
  • Optimize financial systems to ensure efficiency
  • Supervise the purchase ledger and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Supervise the sales ledger and ensure debt collection
  • Communicate effectively with department managers and provide financial support
  • Prepare daily cash flow forecasts
  • Cover weekly forecasts in the absence of the Financial Controller

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Accountant or Senior Finance Assistant
  • AAT part-qualified (Final Level) or qualified
  • Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident in using Excel and willing to learn new systems
