About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each client
  • Develop a deep understanding of our premium beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store operations
  • Support stock deliveries, floor moves, and daily standards to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings

Qualifications:

  • A passion for beauty and customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
