Financial Crime Prevention Expert

This is a senior leadership role within Michael Page (UK) that oversees the development and implementation of financial crime strategies and policies on a global basis. The successful candidate will have strong experience in AML and financial crime under SRA regulations, as well as excellent ability to build networks across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing financial crime strategies and policies, leading investigations into financial crime incidents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, and providing guidance and training to staff on financial crime prevention. Additionally, the role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders on financial crime matters and building strong networks globally. The successful applicant will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new systems and processes to combat financial crime and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of financial crime prevention measures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with strong experience in AML and financial crime under SRA regulations. You will also need to have experience in managing the financial crime function of a law firm at a senior level and excellent ability to build networks across the firm.
