Court of Protection Solicitor Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at Wilson Mannion Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in the Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Appointing professional and lay deputies
• Preparing new trustee applications
• Assisting with statutory wills and gift applications
• Managing daily financial administration on matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NQ to 2 years PQE or be about to complete your training contract with a seat in Court of Protection work
• Experience in Court of Protection work, including appointment of professional and lay deputies, new trustee applications, statutory wills, and statutory gift applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £40,000, a performance bonus based on over 3x salary at 10%, 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and free parking. After probation, hybrid working will be given, and you will be surrounded by a talented team of professionals.
