Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team at Steadman Brown. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for driving the daily management, adoption, and development of Salesforce, working closely with the business to understand challenges and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Manage Salesforce Platform Vision and Roadmap: Align Salesforce platform vision and roadmap with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Understand Business Processes and Workflows: Analyze business processes and workflows to drive technical improvements and solutions within Salesforce, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Team: Work closely with the Salesforce team to ensure successful delivery of features and functionality, meeting business needs and expectations.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce, including automation, integrations, and user experience improvements.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance, training, and support to end-users to ensure high adoption rates and efficient use of Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Marketing Cloud.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications are a plus.
