Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Brunswick Medical Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support the registered manager in maintaining compliance with CQC outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
Requirements:
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.
