As a Haematology Oncology Nursing Team Manager, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans for haematology/oncology patients, including complex cases. You will work with advanced treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy, and provide a safe and compassionate environment for patients and their families.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and development
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)
- Haematology and/or Oncology nursing experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
