Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and wider business team, you will work closely with key partners and enjoy the numerous benefits of these close relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize paid social and display campaigns daily, keeping track of budget pacing and making recommendations on account performance.
- Plan, develop, build, and optimize large-scale paid social and display activity, while working closely with other teams to maximize returns from data-driven activity.
- Help the performance marketing team stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools to improve campaign activity, maintain best-in-class accounts, and stay relevant with the latest platform developments and supplier recommendations.
- Identify opportunities that can support new growth areas for the business through paid social and display, using a data-driven, analytical approach to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Bring and implement new ideas to our activity, requiring a progressive mindset.
- Take advantage of the latest betas and product releases that our company gets access to, with high-level support, interaction, and training from our key partners.
- A strong interest in digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail, process, analysis, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with data sets to present ideas and demonstrate opportunities.
- A creative approach to problem-solving.
- A strong focus on teamwork with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with Excel or other spreadsheet programs is beneficial but not essential.
- Any experience with paid social, display, or another area of digital marketing is useful but not essential.
