Nusr-Et UK Ltd is hiring a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a key member of our kitchen team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Lead a team of junior chefs, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling kitchen expenses.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
